Pok means "kiss" in Breton, the friendly breakfast you need in the morning. Buckwheat is an underrated product, yet it's rich in nutrients. We've turned it into milk, which is easier to digest than cow's milk and lactose-free. During the production process, we noticed the emergence of what is considered a "waste" product: buckwheat pulp, also known as okara. This waste is still full of vitamins, and we reuse it in our biscuits.
