Who is Collette? She's a great cook who offers seasonal meals. To reduce food waste, she cooks with unsold vegetables, emphasizing the produce that would otherwise go to waste from supermarkets and local farmers.
The cuisine is French, simple, local, and delicious.
Products are sold in vending machines, so now you can enjoy a healthy and quick meal at lunchtime!





Events in companies
One of Collette's chefs visits companies and prepares a recipe on-site, in front of the clients, using unsold ingredients.
The goal of the event is to showcase the brand through a dish, convincing companies to install a Collette vending machine for their employees.
